Bye-bye November!
It’s the last day of November, and it’s a Monday. Rainy days and Mondays always get me down. Well, the one suited will be snowy day and Monday. It looks like it’s going to snow again and no more warm day. It has been great having on the 50’s temp, I am kind of spoiled and I am not looking forward to colder gloomy days. I hate driving in the snow. But anyway December is here and let’s be glad about it. Kids are excited, Santa is coming in fact they can’t wait to go and visit him. Their lists are ready and it’s long. I haven’t had a chance to read it. I will let Santa figure it out. Have a wonderful day!
It’s Tuesday
Today is the kids last day of school. I took them early and stayed there since they will be giving awards to students who did so great last semester. My kids did great and I am proud of them. Right after the ceremony I went straight home, had a lot of things to do and stuff that is needed at the moment that should be taken care of first. Hubby is busy as well and I did not bother to call him. I will talk to him when he gets back. Have a good day everyone!
Pretty cold!
Although the sun is up it did not do anything, it was still cold. My daughter’s speech went great, I am proud of her she did an awesome job. Right after her speech I went straight home to do a couple of things and finish my laundry as well. This thing called “laundry” never gets done, I thought I did but I’m not. The throat sighs! But anyway, I will get it done today then I will be free on the weekend. It’s going to be fun since we have parties to attend. Plus, next week is “Thanksgiving Day” pretty sure hubby is making some plans for that particular day. He said I am going to love it. I wonder what will it be. Can’t wait. Take care and keep warm!
Culinary Scholarships
Funny thing is, my daughter did a report about community helper research and she chose a baker. Now she wants to be a baker or a professional chef in the future. I told her we will see what happens and we will just go where life leads us. And if she is ready in the future I will definitely let her know about Northwest Culinary Institute located in Vancouver, Washington the finest culinary arts schools in the country. The good thing about it is they offer culinary scholarships, financial aid and housing to their students. Where else can you find such a good offer. So therefore if you are looking for an education in culinary arts, check it out and see what they offer. An opportunity for everyone.
Sun is up!
After a very cold weekend the sun is up today. Hopefully it will melt all the snow that we got over the weekend. The drive was a pain this morning. It took me a while to get home, it was very busy and packed. But thank God I did great. Just had my breakfast and contemplating whether to clean the driveway or let the sun take care of it. Maybe in a little bit I will do it, I need to finish some stuff and take it from there. I do love to walk in a clean driveway and safe one. This morning it was slippery and kind of treacherous to walk on.
Been Busy!
I am glad that the clutter in my kitchen are all gone. It’s easy to do stuff in the kitchen now since I got a lot of counter space again. The other day I was cooking some meatloaf and I did so fast and quick. I don’t have a problem looking a space to put my stuff. Funny indeed. Now the tricky part is putting the old entertainment center to the garage. Kind of heavy and need some muscles to do it. I might asks my neighbor for help. He will certainly be alright with it. Anyway, have a good morning and enjoy this last day of warm weather, it’s going to be a very cold weekend.

Went to the church and right after we went home to do some cleaning. There are too much clutter around and I can’t stand it anymore. We got rid of a lot of stuff and give it to Goodwill but there is still some more to get rid of. At round 4pm we stopped and do it again some other day. I even wonder if the trash guys will pick up all the boxes we put aside. We will see tomorrow. It feels so good getting rid of those stuff. Now we have more space to explore. It’s Tuesday!
No plans for today, a full day of relaxation maybe. I already did my laundry during the weekend so all I need to do is clean. I need to prepare a bed for my stepdaughter, she is visiting us from Boston. Her husband could not come since they just got a new dog, he has to watch over her. The weather is great, on the upper 60’s and more better on the coming days, imagine on the 70’s. Can’t wait to enjoy and hoping for more weather like this on the coming weeks. Keep my fingers crossed.
