Yes it is and thankfully the sun is shining although it’s going to snow in the afternoon or maybe at night. I have teacher conferences in the afternoon after school is over so I told the kids to stay inside and we will meet each other there. My son told me that he would like to walk home but I don’t feel good about it. I said no instead wait at the library and read some books until I am done talking to their teachers. It won’t take long since they are doing really good in school which I am proud of. Way to go my angels!
Cold weekend!
Yes it is and I don’t feel like going anywhere. Maybe this is the time to catch up some of the k-dramas that I haven’t seen in a while. Maybe so there are so many new ones and it looked pretty interesting. I don’t feel like cleaning either, don’t feel like cooking, so I better take a rests and enjoy the moment. It doesn’t come very often, I won’t feel guilty if I won’t do anything today. My break, put it that way. Hubby is taking a nap for the most part so I will do the same hoping with no interruptions. LOL!
Sun is up!
Although I woke up late, the sun outside is fierce. It looks warmer than it feels maybe we can play outside in a little bit. Hubby woke up way early cause he has things to take care of and the kids did the same. I was a sleepy head most of the time and still is today. Nothing special plan for today, Kaya needs to finish her book and I need to do some housework. Laundry, cleaning so on and so forth. Getting hungry now, better head off the kitchen and start getting busy. They will be asking food before it’s done and that’s for sure.
2nd week is here!
I can’t believe how time flies so quickly. February is the shortest month of the year and before we know it, a new month will come again. Took the kiddos early this morning to school and oh boy! What a freezing morning we have here. But it will be better in the afternoon since the sun is up and possibly making it warmer. Right now the sun is picking out and hope it continues. I have lots of things to do today that I don’t even know where to start with. That’s always the culprit but once I figure out where to start it will just fall in line. Hope so. Have a wonderful morning!
Fundraising!
It’s a beautiful Saturday morning we have here and I am getting ready to go to a fundraising at noon. Kaya will go with me and I told hubby to just drop us off over at my friend’s house and we will go together. It’s going to snow tomorrow gladly the sun is up today. It will be a lot of fun meeting new people and seeing old friends. We are going to meet a friend from Hawaii who is visiting here and kind of excited about it. It think she brought some chocolate covered macadamia nuts, my favorite of course.
It’s February
Can you believe it? I can’t. It felt that it was just yesterday when new year came but truthfully it has been a month. Here we are on February, the good thing about it is, it’s almost Spring and my favorite season of the year. We did not get a lot of snow on January hopefully it won’t be much this month either. They said that February might bring a lot of snow, I hope they are wrong. Just enough will be fine. Kids are in school and I am hoping to do some productive stuff today. Have a happy February 1st!
